My name is Tom and I live in a trailer home in Alabama. I love my trailer home. People think that only rednecks and poor people live in trailer homes but for me its more of a lifestyle choice. A trailer home is cheaper and it costs less to maintain. Moreover, it forces you to choose what “stuff” you have in your life. Makes you live a simple lifestyle and that’s why I like it!! Plus, if I want to move, it’s not that hard too!

But yeah, mobile and trailer homes are mostly used by lower income people because of their affordability. But don’t let the stigma get to you- these are good choices for people who want flexibility and minimalism in their life.
